Services

The work between the signing and the settlement.

End-to-end administrative and operational support across the personal injury case lifecycle. Your firm keeps the client, the strategy, and the decision.

01 Intake & case opening

Client onboarding, information gathering, document collection, case setup, and the first round of administrative coordination. The file opens clean, so the legal team is not reconstructing facts a week later.

02 Pre-litigation case management

Client communications, medical treatment coordination, provider follow-ups, insurance information tracking, and case-progression monitoring. This is the stretch where files go quiet. A pod keeps them moving.

03 Medical records & billing

Records requests, billing collection, document review and organization, medical chronologies, and outstanding-records tracking. The package is built so an attorney can read the medicine without hunting for it.

04 Demand preparation

Liability and damages information compiled, medical summaries written, demand packages drafted, exhibits assembled, and a readiness review completed for attorney approval. Nothing goes out until the firm says it does.

05 Settlement & lien support

Administrative settlement coordination, lien identification, balance verification, reduction-request preparation, and closing documentation. The last mile is where good cases lose time.

06 Litigation support

Discovery organization, document preparation, scheduling assistance, deadline monitoring, and other attorney-supervised litigation support. Supervision stays with the firm. The assembly does not have to.

What an engagement is not

Support, scoped. Not a second law firm.

Services are structured through a master services agreement, with per-case, milestone-based, or other appropriate nonlegal service fees. Pods can cover the full lifecycle or a defined slice of it — records only, demand support, pre-litigation management — depending on where the firm is actually stuck.

Attorney approval is the gate.

Demand drafting, settlement coordination, and litigation support are administrative. Legal analysis, negotiation positions, and client advice remain with the supervising attorneys.
