About

Built by someone who has run the docket.

Personal Injury Support, LLC is a Texas company. The work is national in ambition and specific in craft: case movement for plaintiff personal injury firms.

Matt Melloy · Founder & CEO

A decade inside the operation, then a company for it.

Matt Melloy is a personal injury operations executive with more than a decade in law-firm management, litigation operations, and case administration. Personal Injury Support was established for a problem he kept seeing from the inside: firms can take more cases than they can administratively carry, and the usual answer — another hire, another manager, another fixed cost — does not scale cleanly.

The company provides a turnkey operational layer. Attorneys retain complete control over legal representation, strategy, and decision-making. The pod handles the labor that makes a file progress.

Headquarters are in Dallas. Delivery is remote-first, so a firm does not need a second office to get a second team.

Where this goes

A national operating layer for plaintiff firms.

The long-term aim is to be a leading provider of outsourced personal injury operations: technology-enabled case-management infrastructure for firms of different sizes. Growth is planned through law-firm partnerships, specialized case-management teams, standard operating procedures, performance measurement, and a careful use of AI on administrative work — not on legal judgment.

The objective, stated plainly.

Give personal injury law firms the operational infrastructure to manage more cases efficiently, maintain the service standard, and scale profitably, without requiring equivalent growth in internal overhead.
