How we work

We join the system you already trust.

Personal Injury Support is designed to function inside a firm’s established case-management environment, with authorized access and information-security controls — not as a parallel universe of files.

The pod

A manager, assistants, and a written standard.

Engagements run through a remote-first staffing model: dedicated pod managers, legal assistants, and standardized case-management workflows. Responsibilities are defined. Accountability is centralized. Deliverables are measurable.

Personnel work in the tools plaintiff firms already live in, including SmartAdvocate, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

Visibility

The docket should not be a rumor.

Audit — File audits

Systematic reviews so missing records and stalled tasks surface before they become a partner’s problem.

Tasks — Case task lists

Case-specific work, owned and dated, rather than a shared inbox nobody clears.

Files — Document protocols

A consistent way records, bills, and exhibits are named, stored, and retrieved.

Signal — Reporting & escalation

Milestone tracking, workload reporting, and a path up when a file needs attorney attention.

Commercial

Scale the support to the caseload.

Services are structured through a customized master services agreement. Fees may be per-case, milestone-based, or another appropriate nonlegal service fee. The point is variable operating capacity: add support when the docket requires it, without standing up a larger fixed department.
